All the services that We offer are our sole services. Phoenix Designs and Media Productions is a Graphic Design, Web Design, Media Productions and Digital Marketing company.
Please note that throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Phoenix Designs and Media Productions, and "you," "your," and "yours" refer to the user.

Acceptance of Terms
-> Services provided by us are not allowed for reselling purposes.
-> The prices charged for the services will be quoted while assigning projects to us. Further negotiations are not accepted.
-> Provide accurate contact and billing information.
-> Agree with these Terms, Privacy Policy and Antispam Policy
-> 40% of the quoted project will be collected as advance before we start working on your project.
-> Final product will only be shared after you make the complete payment

By assigning services to us you are agreeing the terms mentioned above.

Our anti-spam policies are related to Digital Marketing Services

-> We sent transactional emails and service newsletters to our subscribers and clients. 

Refund and Cancellation Policy

At first, if you have a need to consider refunds, you likely ordered a product from us.  Refund is only allowed for certain number of products that are listed below.
They are our official Campaign Phoenix platform products which comes with 30 days refund policy. If you didn't like our platform that you purchased, you can cancel your subscription and apply for a refund. None of the other digital products or software will not be considered for refund unless the product is not working or damaged. If those products are not functioning well we will be initiate support to rectify the error or refund. It will take up to 7 business days to complete refund.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

We sell digital products and therefor it won't come under shipping. Most of the products comes with a download link and it will be provided with store invoice soon after the purchase. The link will only be activated after we confirm your purchase and it may take up to two hours.
Other products will be delivered to your given Email ID and our technical team will help you with them.
